Attorneys in hawaii willing to take a divorce case probono due to illness?
the case was orginally dismissed because I objected to juridiction by then my ex husband to be refiled for consideration, now I need an attorney to represent me in the next hearing to argue lettting the first judgement stand. (Husband is in the military and unwilling to pay healthcare so that is why I am fighting the divorce. He is asking that the state have subject matter and rem juridiction setting aside all other matters. We have no property or assest, and I would like to file the divorce in the state in which I live now, I will have a better chance of my case being heard to have military benefits for healthcare for 18-36 months which I need due to heart disease.)
