how long do you have after you buy a new car before the lemon law expires?
I bought my car in february. It has had problems ever since….its been back to the dealer for service about 10 times already (mostly for sensors, check engine light). It is all covered under warranty but it is a pain in the neck not having my car when its being serviced. Thats why I got a new car!
So its been a little over 4 months….is it too late?
I live in Massachusetts.
Thanks!
15,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first. It’s also covered if your vehicle has to be in the shop for 15 or more work days during the first year of purchase.
