I brought my car into the dealer for repairs and found out it had been in an accident, HELP!?

i bought a used (2006) car less then 2 months ago and already brought it in for repairs. 1st it was an electrical problem that was fixed. now it was the horn and wheel balance. when the guy took a look at my car he said the suspension is screwed, the horn is smashed and bolts are coming out everywhere! and its not covered under warranty! does any part of the lemon law apply? when i bought it, the dealer told me no accidents and the carfax report said no accidents and no problems!! what do i do?! is the dealer in breach on contract? does lemon law help? what about the uniform commercial code? anything? im in florida, if it helps.

the lemon laws are designed to protect people from the manufacturer putting the vehicle together badly and then they get 3 or 4 chances to fix it……the manufacturer is not responsible for the car being in an unreported accident, now with the car having bolts coming out everywhere…..
People save money by having the exterior of the car fixed properly and not bothering to fix the problems underneath….

with the car being a 2006, you need to get a statement from a independent mechanic that the car was not roadworthy at the time of sale(twisted frame not straightened out) and go back to the dealer that you bought it, with a letter from a lawyer saying lawsuit based on misrepresenting the car as roadworthy when it was not……..
